Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have received the most money through compensation paid to clubs by FIFA for use of players in the World Cup last summer.
FIFA paid Real Madrid a total of €1,1 million for the 12 players that were part of the tournament in Brazil, including Iker Casillas, Xabi Alonso, Sergio Ramos, Cristiano Ronaldo, Pepe, Fabio Coentrao, Karim Benzema, Raphael Varane, Marcelo, Luka Modric, Sami Khedira and Angel Di Maria.
