Man United set for breakthrough in world record deal

Manchester United have been given a major boost in the race for Gareth Bale, with reports from Fichajesclaiming that Real Madrid are ready to accept a world record £150m bid for the player.
The Red Devils are rumoured to have made the Wales international their top transfer target for the end of the season, with club chiefs ready to commit to a ‘Galactico’ era – big money fees and wages for global stars.
Bale – who is currently the planet’s most expensive player thanks to his £86m move to Real from Spurs in 2013 – has been a key man at the Bernabeu recently, but Los Blancos are ready to sell for a stunning £150m fee.
Rumours have been further boosted by claims that the European champions are lining up Dortmund’s Marco Reus as a replacement.
Bale himself is understood to be content in Madrid, but there are claims that manager Carlo Ancelotti no longer sees him as a key player.
A massive salary and the promise of being a key player at United may sway the flying wide-man.
