Manchester City midfielder, Yaya Toure, has been named the 2014 CAF African Footballer of the year.
The Ivorian midfielder has re-written history, as he is the first footballer to win the pretisgous award four times in a row, the City midfielder beat Nigeria's Vincent Enyeama and Gabon's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Toure enjoyed a succesful year with Man City, putting in a few match winning performances, helping his side claim reclaim the English Premier League title, scoring 20 league goals in the process.
Meanwhile, the 2014 BBC African Player of the Year, Yacine Brahimi, was voted as the most promising talent, after his stellar year with Algeria and FC Porto.
