Former Super Eagles Coach Sunday Oliseh has been appointed by world football governing body, FIFA as member of its technical department.
The 40-year old revealed the news with a post on his twitter account which read, “Honoured To Be Appointed Into the “new look” FIFA Technical Department. Next mission; The 2016 Rio Olympics Football.”
He however did not reveal the details of his appointment.
Oliseh, who was appointed in July 2015, announced his resignation on February 2016 with a post on his official twitter account, citing unpaid wages as part of the reasons for his resignation.
He won only 5 of his 14 games in charge of the Eagles’ and had been facing severe criticism for his team’s dismal performance at African Nations Championship in Rwanda and his YouTube outburst where he slammed his critics.
