Jose Mourinho Labelled ‘Mast Of Time-Wasting’ By Jamie Carragher
Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, should shut up because he is the ‘master of time-wasting’, says this former Liverpool star.
Mourinho blasted Newcastle’s ball boys following his side’s first defeat of the campaign, but Jamie Carragher, who now works as a TV pundit, insisted the Portuguese has no ground for his accusations.
“Maybe those ball boys were watching the game at Anfield last season when Jose Mourinho gave a masterclass in time-wasting,” he said on Sky Sports.
“We covered the game and we sort of agreed with it. It’s part of the game, it happens.
“They had six minutes of added time at the end, it was added on, and it’s part of the game.
“As I said, he’s the master at it.”
Despite their first defeat, Chelsea remained at the top of the Premier League and now face Sporting in the Champions League on Wednesday.
