The group stages of the Champions League are over and everybody looks ahead to Monday’s last-16 draw – will Arsenal get Real Madrid and Barcelona welcome Manchester City again?
The competition is open from the quarter-finals, but in the last-16 the runners-ups take on the group winners.
However, a team cannot face a side from the same origin (e.g. Chelsea and Manchester City) nor the club which they already competed with in the group stages (e.g. Arsenal and Dortmund).
