Cristiano Ronaldo has added another award to his trophy cabinet after being named the BBC Overseas Personality of the Year.
Ronaldo, who is currently in Morocco for the FIFA Club World Cup, joined the British ceremony on video.
Teammate Gareth Bale, who was nominated but missed out on the main award, presented the award to the Real Madrid superstar, who has had a breath-taking year.
“It is a great honour to receive this award,” Ronaldo told BBC via video message.
“Thank you to all my old fans in England, it is an honour.
“Good night!”
